Talk Abstract:

The research paper incorporates the new concept of producing artificial light, since the existing methods of producing artificial light are harmful to human beings like electricity and fire. Thus, harnessing the power of nature, new concept of producing artificial light is that by using bioluminescence in firefly. This form of artificial light is not harmful to human beings, because it produces cold light and no heat is produced, thus, is not injurious to human beings. It can be used in place of crackers during Diwali since lot many accidents are happening during these days and this kind of light being used is non-injurious and fluorescent and can also be used during ceremonies and marriage functions as the groom moves towards the bride and other decorations during various functions. Luciferace is the enzyme used to catalyze the biochemical reactions in living organisms emitting visible light using bionics. It is experimentally done by using sleek glass tube which contains Luciferace and adenosine Triphosphate, ATP and air enters at the bottom in the tube and with help of oxygen inlet, reaction takes place and thus fluorescence light is emitted.

This is safe means of intermittent Artificial means of Light (analogous to Firefly and other light bearing plants) and subsequently, a product which will give cold and safe means of intermittent artificial light which can be used during Diwali in crackers, in marriage in decorations and in garland of bride and groom when they are approaching stage and is cost effective. It can be used in place of crackers during festivals since lot many accidents are happening during these days and this kind of light being used is noninjurious and fluorescent and can also be used during ceremonies and marriage functions and lightning of building of smart cities. In decoration in marriages and in building in smart cities it can save the place from setting to fire due to short circuit due to electricity. So, the resulting product can be commercialized and being the invention can be patented and bring a lot of revenue.
